Not Allowed: 1. No animals permitted 2. Wearing shoes in the main house (if you have a shoe cover then it’s fine) 3. Any illicit activities. 4. Use of illicit drugs. 5. Any person on the premises becoming intoxicated whether owing to alcohol or drugs. 6. Engaging in public nuisance like shouting, revving, speeding etc. (in or outside of the house) 7. Not allowed to use the main house upstairs and downstairs office . 8. Littering 9. Not blocking neighbour's driveway 10. No Nudity and Pornography 11. No Pork product consumption 12. No sitting on neighbours wall 13. No smoking inside 14. Use of driveway for shooting Requirements: 1. Compliance with house rules. 2. Reinstating any moved items to their original positions. 3. Ensuring the security of the house. 4. Leaving the house in the same tidy condition as found 5. Respect towards neighbours and the property. 6. Possession of Professional Indemnity/Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance for the duration of the rental (to share with the owner before the event). 7. Booking amount payment paid 8. Respect the timings Additional Charges: - Every additional 15-minute slot will be charged at £75.00 - If the house is left in an untidy condition, a £150.00 cleaning surcharge will be applied. This amount must be deposited before the booking and will be refunded if the house is left clean and everything is put back in its place. - In the event of not respecting T&Cs then this contract will be terminated immediately by the owner and no money will be refunded. - If the Owner cancels the booking then the Hirer will be entitled to a full refund - Damaged items will need to be paid for
