Mature country garden with field, pool and tennis court

General terms: No anti-social behaviour and upmost respect must be given to neighbours. No blocking the road and all vehicles must be parked on the property or on the adjacent main road, London Road. Noise levels, use of flames or loud bangs must be discussed in advance and approved as we have horses in neighbouring fields so must give owners necessary notice. Smoke and haze may be used with agreement. At the end of the shoot, please remove all rubbish. Leftover rubbish will be subject to a £50 charge per bag. Please check over the location before leaving with the owner or their representative to note any damage or forgotten items. Hire time includes first person arrival to last person leaving. If overtime may be required, this may be possible but please state up front. Hirer must have adequate damage and public liability insurance. Booking enquiries: Please provide details of dates, hours, number of people and shoot purpose. Film, photography, corporate, press, business, product and PR events are welcome. Please notify: pets, children (under 18), allergies, glamour/boudoir/nudity, adult content, exclusive access, other non-standard requests. Pricing: Price shown per hour assumes weekday bookings (Mon-Fri), standard hours (between 8am – 6pm). Weekends and evenings are available at double hourly rates. Team Rules: No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs. No glass in and around pools. Shoes off inside locations when accessing toilets (or shoe protection used). Toilets are inside a family home so must be left clean and tidy.
