Mediterranean Villa with Pool & Lush Garden

Casa Ella is a private property available for professional photo, film and content productions. Furniture may be moved upon request and must be returned to its original position after the shoot. Production teams are expected to respect the property, furniture, garden and surrounding neighbourhood. Any damage must be reported immediately. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Drone use is possible, subject to prior approval and applicable local regulations. Standard shooting hours are 9am–7pm, with earlier starts, late finishes or extended hours possible upon request. Crew size, equipment, parking requirements and any specific production needs should be discussed in advance.
