Note, there is no fixed price, as no two productions are the same. Still photography rates start at 250$ per per hour, for up to 9 people. Above 9 people we add 150$ per person, but we may reduce that rate depending on the overall hours and crew size. We charge 100$ per hour additionally, for filming. COI mandatory. Permit from Filmla mandatory. On site Parking is limited, but it works for 2 or 3 Sprinter vans, or pass vans, onsite. No Smoking, very high fire risk area. Prices vary with group size, stills, or video, or both. The house is offered with a Site Rep. Generally no generators are allowed, but the house has 200amps.
