Shoes off, or shoes covered. This is a family home and we request that renters are respectful to the space, fixtures and fittings. No smoking/vaping inside, unless it is for particular TV/film scenes and has prior notice and agreement Dogs are welcome with prior notice and agreement. Any damages must be repaired and paid for. House can be vacated with prior notice/agreement
