After-Hours Booking Only: Please note that Bind Space is a coworking building with tenants during regular business hours. For filming, photoshoots, and production work, bookings are available only after hours to ensure minimal disruption to our members. Respect Our Community: As part of the coworking environment, we kindly ask that all guests and production teams respect the shared space and its community. Please be mindful of noise levels and keep the space tidy. Equipment & Setup: All equipment must be brought in and set up within the allotted booking times. Ensure that all production equipment is moved in and out promptly to avoid any scheduling conflicts with other users of the space. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Liability: Bind Space is not responsible for any damage to equipment or personal property during your booking. Please ensure you have the appropriate insurance coverage for your production. Catering & Food: If you plan to have catering or food brought in, please ensure it is arranged in advance to comply with any space-specific restrictions.
