Our home is available for professional photo, film and commercail shoots. We ask that all crew treat the property with care and respect throughout the booking. Please use appropriate floor, wall and skirting protection where required, particularly when moving equipment, lighting or furniture. Furniture may be moved with prior agreement but must be returned to its original position at the end of the shoot. No drilling, painting, fixing to walls or permanent alterations without prior permission. Any damage must be reported immediately. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Crew numbers, shoot hours, parking requirements and any large equipment, vans or trailers should be agreed in advance. Please leave the property clean and tidy and remove all production materials and rubbish at the end of the booking. Any unusual requirements, set dressing or changes to the property can usually be accommodated with prior discussion.
