Please respect the house as a private residential home. The space is available for photography, content creation, interviews, and small crew shoots only unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please provide clear details of your shoot before booking, including: * project type * number of people attending * rooms required * equipment being brought in * intended arrival and finish time Furniture and styling items may be moved, but everything must be returned to its original position before departure. Nothing may be fixed to walls, ceilings, floors, or furniture without prior permission. Protective coverings must be used for heavy equipment, stands, tripods, or anything that may mark floors or surfaces. Please take care with the kitchen island, wooden floors, soft furnishings, and painted walls. No smoking, vaping, glitter, smoke machines, haze, fake tan, body oil, or any substances that may stain or damage surfaces inside the property. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times out of respect for neighbours. No amplified music outdoors. The garden may be used as a supporting area only and must be left clean and undamaged. All rubbish must be removed at the end of the booking unless agreed otherwise in advance. The property must be left in the same condition it was found in. Any damage, breakages, or overtime must be reported immediately. Bookings must start and finish within the agreed time unless an extension has been approved. For larger commercial bookings, proof of public liability insurance may be requested.
