• The property is a private home and working rural setting, so we ask all productions to treat both the house and surrounding land with care and respect. • Please advise in advance of crew size, intended usage, equipment requirements and any special setup needs. • Large crews, extensive equipment, drones, generators, exterior lighting rigs and furniture movement must be agreed in advance. • No smoking inside the property. • Noise should be kept to a respectful level, particularly outdoors. • Productions are responsible for any damage caused during the booking period. • The surrounding meadows, ponds and landscaping are part of the location and should not be altered without prior agreement. • Parking and access arrangements can be accommodated for most shoots but should be discussed ahead of time. • Additional accommodation may be available by separate arrangement. • We aim to be flexible and collaborative wherever possible and are happy to discuss bespoke production requirements prior to booking.
