All drone use must be approved by the Host in advance. No animals or pets (waiver $150). Do not move furniture (waiver $100). No eating or drinking (waiver $150). Water and coffee are allowed. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate. ENFORCEMENT & DAMAGES Violating any rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund. The Host may charge additional fees for violations. Guests are responsible for 100% of repair or replacement costs plus tax and shipping for any damage caused.
