Modern Industrial Event Space

*Outside food & catering are encouraged. *Guests may bring alcohol. The sale of alcohol in the space is strictly prohibited. *We allow outside ticket sales for self-hosted events. *Guests are welcome to bring equipment and props into the space. *Our sound system is available to play your music. *All events must end by 10 PM and hosts must be out by 11:00 PM. Unless otherwise arranged and is subject to availability. *Moving any furniture pieces must be approved. If you need to hang banners, balloon arches, etc., let us know ahead of time and we will help facilitate. *Nails, screws, staples, pushpins, heavy tape of any kind are prohibited. *Open flames are prohibited. Battery-powered LEDS or fairy string lights are welcomed alternatives. *Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted. We have a designated outdoor smoking section on the terrace above the main entrance of our unit.
