House Rules & Terms Respect the space – Please leave the property in the same condition as found. Any damage must be reported immediately. No shoes in certain areas – Shoe covers must be worn in carpeted areas (e.g. living room) unless agreed in advance for filming. Crew size – Please confirm crew size in advance. Larger teams must be approved prior to booking. Furniture & styling – Light furniture moves are allowed, but everything must be returned to its original position before leaving. Wall/fixings – No drilling, nails, tape, or adhesives on walls without prior approval. Food & drink – Allowed, but please keep the space clean and avoid spillages, especially on soft furnishings. Smoking – Strictly no smoking inside the property. Noise – Please be mindful of neighbours, especially during early mornings or late evenings. Timing – Booked time must include setup and pack down. Overtime will be charged if the shoot runs late. Rubbish – All rubbish must be bagged and removed or disposed of as agreed. Filming Notes Suitable for photography, interviews, and film production. Natural light varies throughout the day—please plan accordingly. Any special requirements (lighting rigs, props, heavy equipment, etc.) must be discussed in advance.
