House Rules: • Floor Protection: Heavy-traffic areas and equipment tracks must be covered to protect the floors. • Shoes Upstairs: No outdoor shoes on the carpets. Crew must wear shoe covers or socks upstairs. • Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house. • Moving Furniture: Furniture can be moved but must be lifted (not dragged) and put back exactly as found. • Walls & Decor: No drilling or nailing into walls. Any painting or temporary changes must be agreed in advance. • Pets: Pets are welcome on the property. Terms: • Hours: Standard shoot day is 10 hours. Overtime will be charged hourly as per the contract. • Insurance: The production team must provide proof of Public Liability Insurance before the shoot starts.
