✨ Respect the Space This is a home, not a set—please treat it with care and intention. No moving or removing decor without prior permission. Do not sit or place items on the window ledge without protective padding. 👣 Shoes Off Policy Strictly no outdoor shoes inside. Clean socks or indoor slippers only. Bring protective floor coverings for equipment. 🎥 Shooting Guidelines No smoke, fog, glitter, fake snow, or similar materials indoors. No open flames, candles, or incense. No fixtures, art, or fittings may be altered, unscrewed, or rehung. 🚫 Restricted Areas Bedrooms and storage spaces are off-limits unless explicitly agreed. Garden use is permitted, but the fence and screening must not be climbed, leaned on, or tampered with. 🧹 Leave No Trace Return all furniture and props to their original positions. Remove all rubbish and equipment at the end of your booking. A light clean is required post-use. Deep cleaning fees will apply for spills, stains, or damage. 🕰 Timing & Noise Only the booked hours are permitted on site. Overtime is charged at 1.5x rate. This is a residential area— 📦 Crew & Equipment Please confirm crew size in advance. Larger shoots may require a recce and approval prior to booking. 💬 Communication A point of contact must be available at all times during the shoot. Any damages must be reported immediately.
