House Rules Respect the space – Please leave the studio as you found it. All equipment must be returned to its original position after use. Footwear & cleanliness – Clean indoor footwear only. No muddy shoes on gym flooring or white areas. No smoking or vaping inside the building. Food & drink – Allowed in designated areas only. No food near equipment, piano, or backdrops. Music & noise – Music is allowed at a reasonable level. Please be mindful of neighbouring units. Capacity – Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times (confirm with host if unsure). Children & animals – Must be supervised at all times and agreed in advance. Equipment Use Gym equipment is available for use but must be handled responsibly and safely. Any misuse or damage to equipment will be chargeable. The piano is a feature piece—please handle with care and avoid placing items on it. Lighting equipment/stands (if provided) must be used by competent persons only. Set & Space Use You are welcome to move smaller items; however, large equipment or fixed features must not be moved without prior permission. Any set dressing, props, or alterations must be approved in advance. No drilling, painting, or permanent alterations to walls or surfaces. Timing Your booking time includes setup and pack-down. Overtime will be charged if you exceed your booked slot. Please arrive and leave within your allocated time to avoid disruption to other bookings. Damage Deposit & Liability A refundable damage deposit may be required. The hirer is fully responsible for any damage caused during the booking. The studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment or belongings. Health & Safety All attendees are responsible for their own safety while using the gym equipment and studio. Any accidents or damages must be reported immediately. Clear access routes and fire exits must be kept unobstructed at all times. Additional Terms Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the agreed notice period. The studio reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not aligned with the space or pose risk of damage. Commercial productions may be subject to custom rates and additional agreements. By booking, you agree to all house rules and accept responsibility for your team and guests.
