Natural Light Studio in the Heart of Brighton Lanes

We want you to feel at home in the studio, while helping us keep the space beautiful. Please treat the space with care - The studio is a carefully considered, lived-in space, so please treat the furniture, surfaces, walls, floors and styling pieces with care. If you move anything, please return it to where you found it before leaving. Furniture & clothing rails - Clothing rails and selected furniture can be moved to suit you. Please lift rather than drag items across the floors, and take care when moving anything near the walls or windows. Keep things clean & tidy - Please leave the studio as you found it. Food and drinks are welcome, but please take extra care around clothing, furniture and light-coloured surfaces. Clean up any spills immediately and dispose of rubbish before you leave. Workspace - The second room is available for storing bags, equipment, clothing and other shoot belongings while you use the main studio. Please keep everything contained within this room and avoid blocking access. Walls, floors & fittings - Please don’t use nails, screws, staples, glue, pins or anything else that could mark or damage the walls, floors or furnishings. If you’d like to use tape or fixings for your shoot, please check with us first. Natural light - One of the studio’s best features is its beautiful south-facing natural light. Please take care around the sash windows and do not lean equipment, furniture or props against them. Noise - We’re in a period building and have neighbours, so please keep music and general noise at a considerate level, particularly early in the morning and later in the day. Smoking & vaping - Please no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the studio or building. Respect the neighbours - Please be mindful in communal areas, on the stairs and when entering or leaving the building. Keep equipment and belongings clear of shared spaces. Your booking - Please include setup, packing away and cleaning within your booked time. If you need extra time, please get in touch with us before your booking ends rather than running over. Damage or breakages - Accidents happen. If anything is damaged or broken during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We’d always rather know than discover it afterwards. Before you leave please make sure: Furniture and clothing rails are returned or arranged as agreed Rubbish is removed Any drinks items are washed and put away Personal belongings and equipment are taken with you The studio is left clean and tidy Windows, lights and appliances are switched off as appropriate Thank you for looking after our studio.
