What You Can Do: Move furniture within each floor (not between floors). If you’ve booked the Welcome Host add-on, they can assist with moving larger items. Leave personal belongings in the designated fitting room/storage area. Help yourself to the kitchen facilities, including fridge, microwave and coffee corner. Access the props cupboard within Studio 22 for styling and setup. Park in the space marked “Reserved for Studio 22/23” or any other unreserved parking spots. Play your own music through the studio speaker, keeping volume at a respectful level. What You Can’t Do: Do not stick, tape or attach anything to the walls or surfaces without prior permission. Do not leave personal items in hallways or communal areas outside the studio. The use of flammable substances, fire, smoke, candles or smoke machines is not permitted. Do not allow anyone who is not part of your booked team into the building or studio. Please take care around loose or breakable items such as tables, mirrors and décor. Any damage or breakages must be reported. When Your Time Slot Ends: Please return all furniture, props and equipment to their original positions. Ensure all props are placed back in the cupboards. Place used dishes in the kitchen area and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. Wipe down surfaces and ensure floors are left clean. Turn off all lights and electrical heaters before leaving. Double-check that all personal belongings have been collected. Please report any damage or breakages before departure. If you’ve booked the Welcome Host add-on, a member of our team will carry out a final check of the space at the end of your booking. Pet Policy: Pets are only permitted if the Pet Add-on has been booked in advance and approved. A flat fee of £50 applies, with an additional cleaning fee charged only if required. Pets are not permitted on soft furnishings and must be supervised at all times. Unauthorised pets are not allowed in the studio.
