All filming and photography must be approved in advance by the venue team. Access times must be agreed prior to arrival and adhered to throughout the booking. The venue must be left in the same condition as found, with all equipment and production materials removed after the shoot. Any set builds, props, furniture moves or technical requirements must be discussed and approved beforehand. No permanent alterations may be made to the venue. The production team is responsible for the safety and behaviour of all crew members and guests on site. All crew must follow venue health and safety procedures and instructions from the venue team. Noise levels must be managed appropriately, particularly for rooftop and outdoor filming. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Catering and refreshments can be arranged upon request. Any additional requirements (power, lighting, access, parking, storage or equipment) must be confirmed in advance.
