General Use The property is to be used strictly for photography, filming, or content creation purposes only. No overnight stays unless pre-agreed in writing. Maximum crew size: 6 people unless otherwise agreed in advance. Access & Timing Booking times must include all setup and breakdown time. Please respect agreed start and end times to avoid overtime charges. Quiet entry and exit is required before 9am and after 6pm. Care & Cleanliness No food or drink is to be consumed on fabric furnishings. All furniture and décor must be returned to their original positions before departure. All equipment, rubbish, and personal items must be removed at the end of the booking. No use of glitter, smoke machines, confetti, or fake snow without written consent. Property Respect No shoes on rugs or upholstered furniture. Do not use nails, tacks, tape, or any adhesives on walls, ceilings, or floors. Any damage caused during the shoot will be the responsibility of the hirer and may be charged accordingly. Restrictions No smoking or vaping on the premises. No pets unless cleared in advance. No adult content, loud music, or parties permitted.
