Please return all furniture and props to where you found them Equipment must not be stored in any communal space / corridors at any time Doors must not be propped open in communal areas Please ensure that floors are protected with matting / tennis balls and any items are lifted and moved rather than dragged No pyrotechnics allowed No smoking in the building No outside lighting/generators are permitted without authorisation When loading in / out please can you park vehicles away from the building with the engine off so to minimise disruption to the ground floor Please ask crews not to congregate outside the building before call time Table is on wheels and is easy to move but a tablecloth must be on the surface to protect the table top. Projector - please be careful with the screen if using and speak to us pre shoot Speakers/projector box - please ask before moving Coffee machine - please do not use, tea and coffee is available Kids bedroom - private
