The CineVita is a unique and elaborate venue, and much is possible, so we are excited to discuss options with interested renters on a case by case basis. Please inquire today with details on your production or event, and we will personalize a quote and terms for you. The base rate for film or photo shoots is $600/hour and includes use of the space with a 4-hour minimum. There are additional costs for staff if use of in house tech is needed. The base rate for events with attendees is $21,300 and includes use of the space for 4 event hours, 4 load in hours, 1 house manager, 4 ushers, 1 security guard, 1 bathroom attendant, 8 hrs of sound op, 8 hours of lighting op, 8 hours of production manager. There are additional costs for additional staff and additional elements.
