NO SMOKING INSIDE NO USE OF CANDLES. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI. Furniture - Please seek permission in advance if you need to move the large wooden table in the center of the room OR the black antique divider. If you move the couch or second smaller wooden table inside, please make sure to move them back at the end of your reservation. ⟣ All bookings require a license agreement & COI All events/productions are subject to an additional $500 security deposit at the owners discretion to be collected at the start of reservation and to be returned at the end of reservation (upon inspection) via square. We may ask for a larger deposit for larger events/productions.
