Moneymore Estates spans more than 340 acres of intact and varied land bordered by water and shaped by time. Defined by its scale and open space, the property includes wetlands, three ponds, wooded trails, open pasture, waterfront access on a private lake, and established retreat infrastructure developed during its earlier chapter as a large communal estate.
Unlike smaller purpose-built venues, the estate was shaped to accommodate extended stays and group use at scale. Multiple ecosystems exist within its boundaries; active wetlands, working farm areas, forest, and open fields; allowing gatherings to take place within a living landscape rather than a staged environment. Horses, goats, ducks, and chickens remain part of the daily rhythm, reinforcing its rural character.
