The OVADA warehouse offers a distinctive semi-industrial backdrop for filming, photography and training, situated in Oxford’s city centre. The site has approximately 230 sqm of interior floor space, featuring a warehouse, a workshop/office space, a kitchen, toilets, and some on-site parking.

Situated in a former hide and skin market warehouse, this refurbished location is characterised by an open wooden truss room structure with brick walls and concrete flooring, ideal for shoots located in industrial/distressed settings. The space offers unique internal structures, including a raised office area with wooden panelling and windows, a mezzanine and wooden staircase, and a small balcony. With large windows along its pitched roof, the warehouse receives plenty of natural light, supported by basic strip fluorescent lighting installed on the beams.

The warehouse has been used for a variety of projects in the past, including filming by the BBC, ITV and several music video and photography shoots. The space is capable of operating for a variety of functions, both creative and practical, such as a unit base or as a location for storage. Most recently OVADA has hosted Creation Theatre's stage production Jekyll & Hyde.

We are only a 5-minute walk from Oxford Station. There are limited on-site parking spaces which can be arranged with notice, but multiple public car parks are also available within a 0.3-mile radius.
