Please treat the space with care - this is a private home and we ask that all guests respect that. No smoking on the terrace. No open flames other than the fireplace and BBQ provided. Maximum capacity of 10 people. Music must be kept at a reasonable level - this is a residential building with neighbours. No moving or rearranging the furniture beyond minor adjustments. Plants and decor are not props and should not be moved or handled. The terrace must be left in the condition it was found - any mess, breakages or damage will be charged. No food or drink inside the apartment. All rubbish must be bagged and left by the door. Strictly no access to any internal rooms. Bookings are for the agreed hours only - overtime will be charged. A security deposit is required and will be returned within 48 hours of the booking provided the above is respected.
