Podcast and Livestreaming Studio

1. Booking & Timekeeping Your booking starts and ends at the scheduled time, please arrive promptly. Setup and pack-down must be included within your booking time. Overtime may be charged in 30-minute increments. 2. Equipment Use Please handle all studio equipment with care. Only trained crew may operate cameras, lighting, and the ATEM unless otherwise agreed. If you are on a dry hire, do not adjust fixed lighting rigs or move furniture without permission. 3. Audio & Noise Keep noise to a reasonable level - this is a recording environment. No shouting, loud music playback or unnecessary noise in the corridors. 4. Cleanliness & Respect for the Space Please leave the studio as you found it. Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. No food or drink on the main desk or around the audio equipment. 5. Guests & Crew Only the people listed on your booking may attend. If you need to bring extra guests, please let us know in advance. 6. Safety Do not unplug or rewire any of the main studio power distribution. Cables must remain taped/secured for safety. Please report any equipment damage or faults immediately. 7. Livestreaming & Internet If livestreaming, ensure you arrive early to test connections. We cannot be responsible for external platform issues (YouTube/TikTok/etc.) 8. Storage We cannot store personal items or equipment before or after your session. 9. Strict No-Smoking / No-Vape Policy This applies inside the studio and in the building’s common areas. 10. Respect the Building & Neighbours Keep noise down when entering/exiting the building. Please do not block corridors or fire exits with equipment.
