Postmodern Flat/Studio with seating area, kitchen and bathroom. The space is decorated in a colourful 1980s aesthetic, and holds a plethora of sewing, photography, audio and literary materials. There is a swimming pool (open May-September) within the housing estate, which can only be photographed from within the flat (we do not permit any photography outside of the flat, including pool-side or in-pool shoots).

The studio is very small, so space is limited to 3-4 people. There is no possibility of shooting or occupying any communal spaces as this is a community residence.
