House Rules Studio Rules Please arrive on time for your booking. Your session includes setup and pack-down time. Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests specified in the booking. The studio and equipment must be treated with care at all times. No food or drinks near recording equipment, cameras or computers. Water bottles with lids are permitted. No smoking, vaping or illegal substances inside the premises. Excessive noise outside of recording activities is not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking. Recording & Content Please test all content, presentations or media before your session where possible. Guests are responsible for obtaining any permissions, licences or releases required for their recordings. The studio is not liable for content loss caused by guest devices or external services. Equipment Studio equipment should only be adjusted by studio staff unless otherwise agreed. Do not disconnect cables, move cameras or alter lighting setups without permission. Additional charges may apply for damaged or missing equipment. Cleanliness Please leave the studio in the same condition it was found. Dispose of rubbish before leaving. Any excessive cleaning required may incur an additional cleaning fee. Overruns Sessions running beyond the booked time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate, subject to availability. Respect We operate a professional and inclusive environment. Abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or guests will not be tolerated.
