Site Rules 1. No drugs, weapons, or fireworks are permitted at Tower Beach Club and surrounding areas 2. Alcohol is not permitted outside of the Tower Beach Club Event Venue. Including the park lawn or surrounding hallways. 3. No smoking or vaping is permitted at Tower Beach Club or surrounding areas. 4. Glitter, confetti, artificial flower petals, streamers, rice, hay, birdseed, or similarly difficult to clean or non-natural items may not be used or thrown on Venue or Park Property. 5. No items may be hung from the ceiling inside or on the patio outside without permission from Tower Beach Club. 6. Fog machines, smoke machines, aerosols, dry ice, sparklers, and the use of any materials that interfere with local are department regulations are strictly prohibited. 7. Candles are limited to dinner tables, must be dripless, and flames must be contained. Any candles are subject to the approval of Tower Beach Club. Due to being located on the water we sometimes experience wind because of that we recommend LED candles. 8. Nothing can be affixed to the walls of the Tower Beach Club. 9. All signage outside of The Venue needs to be confirmed with the Tower Beach Club. 10. No tents or other structures may be erected without the express written permission of the Tower Beach Club 11. Music and other loud noise must cease outside at 8:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and by 10:00PM Friday and Saturday. All noise must end at 11:45 PM.
