The household outside bins are not permitted to be used. - For attendees over 10, an extra £20 per hour is chargeable. - Please note that your booking covers the specific rooms agreed in advance. - Please ensure that all camera and lighting equipment has protective feet to avoid damage to the wood flooring. - If furniture, equipment or suitcases need to be moved, we would appreciate for them to be lifted (not dragged) in order to protect the wood flooring. - Please inform us as soon as possible if any breakages, spillages or damages happen. - Please leave the house as you found it.
