All eating and drinking to be restricted to the kitchen Please do not use any spray cleaners on the kitchen work surfaces or ANY of the marble throughout the house eg utility room, master bath ensuite, fireplace - it is all real Calacatta Viola marble (extremely expensive) and acidic cleaners or lemon juice will damage the surface. A simple damp dishcloth should suffice. Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag in the rooms with solid wooden floors as any scratches will be chargeable! If you do move anything (following prior consent) then please ensure everything is properly put back afterwards in the same position it was found in. Absolutely no decorating is allowed without prior consent. This includes attaching things into walls. No drilling is allowed. Please ensure that all carpeted areas and upholstered items are covered. Protective cover to be used on high heels, camera stands or any heavy camera equipment to protect wooden floors. This is the same if any equipment is placed on any surfaces in the house. Please do not disconnect the TV, WiFi and media units. Please ask the owner if you need to do so. If you wish to use any form of fire, candle or naked flame etc you must seek approval from the location owner. The client will remain responsible entirely for this activity as well as the health and safety, risk assessment and fire prevention measures and extinguishers. Clients must seek the permission of artists for any of the Location’s artwork or contents that are under copyright if they are to be featured in Your material. Please ask the location owner for further details or if you want the artwork removed for your hire. Strictly no parties, loud music or large gatherings - we have residential neighbours on both sides No access to the outdoor terrace after 10pm Please do not use the gas or coal BBQs for cooking or grilling on No smoking or vaping inside the house. Please do not move items or rearrange furniture without putting them back - everything must be returned where you found it. Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move anything. Please do not arrive earlier than scheduled unless this has been prearranged. Please respect the property and tidy up afterwards, removing any equipment or items you bring in, and you should factor this set-up and teardown time into your booking hours. All rubbish to be taken away with you. No shoes inside please Please report any damages to the location owner, or Scouty as soon as they happen. Overtime will be charged at the agreed rate, so please vacate the property promptly at the end of your hire. If someone arrives before the agreed start time then this will also be charged as overtime.
