Booking Time: Your booking period must include your total time inside the flat: from setup to pack-down and clean-up. Please ensure you book enough time, as overtime will be charged automatically per Peerspace policy. Shoe Policy: To protect our timber flooring (bedroom_c.jpg), we operate a strict no-shoes policy inside the flat. Cast and crew must wear socks, slippers, or use shoe covers (booties) upon arrival. Talent may wear shoes only while active on camera. Furniture & Walls: Please do not drag or move heavy furniture (such as the bed) without the host's supervision. No drilling or nailing into walls. Only low-tack painter's tape or professional Gaffer tape is permitted. Capacity & Noise: Maximum capacity is 10 people. This is a quiet building and area. No amplified speakers or loud music are allowed; low-level background sound or dialogue recording only. Smoking & Alcohol: Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property or communal areas. Light alcohol consumption for the crew is permitted, but no parties.Who's allowed in your space?
