We are situated in Chelsfield, on a bus route (which runs all year round, every 7 minutes) and Orpington train station is 1.5 miles away (17 minutes into London Bridge).

Chelsfield itself is within the M25, approx. 12 miles outside of central London.  From the back of the house you can see the London skyline clearly, and at the front of the house we look out over fields, woods and farmland, so it's a quite unique location.
