Please treat our home with care and respect. As this is our family home, we kindly ask that all furniture, décor and personal belongings are handled carefully and returned to their original position after the shoot. - The space is available for photoshoots, filming and content creation by prior agreement. - The maximum number of people on site must be agreed in advance. - Please do not move large furniture or artwork without prior permission. - No smoking, vaping or candles are permitted inside the house. - No parties or events are allowed. - Please do not use nails, screws, staples or anything that may damage walls, floors or furniture. Any temporary fixing or filming equipment must be agreed in advance. - Please use appropriate protection for floors and furniture when required. - Food and drinks are welcome for the production team, but please take care to protect the furniture and clean up afterwards. - Any specialist equipment, props or large deliveries must be discussed and approved in advance. - The garden and outdoor areas may be available for use depending on the booking and weather conditions. - Our personal belongings may be present in the house and should not be photographed or filmed unless specifically agreed. - Please leave the property clean and tidy at the end of the booking. - Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and may be chargeable. - Our security cameras and alarms must not be tampered with. Cameras can be covered during the shoot where appropriate, by prior arrangement. We are happy to discuss specific production requirements in advance and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
