• The studio is designed for shoots, intimate gatherings, workshops, talks and readings. Loud music, DJs or party style events are not permitted. • Outside catering and drinks are welcome. However, on site cooking is not permitted. • Decorations are welcome, however nothing may be attached to walls, furniture or bookshelves using nails, screws, tape or adhesives. • Please be respectful of the space, furniture and books during your shoot/event. • The organiser is responsible for ensuring their guests behave respectfully within the space. • Setup and pack down time must be included within the booked hours. • All decorations, catering items and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking.
