Access & Hours Operating Hours: The studio is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Overtime incurs additional fees. Check-In/Out: Arrive and depart within your booked time slot. Early arrivals/late departures require prior approval. Security: Always lock doors/gates upon exit. Report lost keys/access cards immediately. 2. Usage Guidelines Respect the Space: Do not alter, paint, or damage the exposed brick walls, floors, or ceilings. No nails, adhesives, or tape on walls without permission. Handle the vintage FW Emmerson piano with care. A studio attendant must supervise tuning, moving, or heavy use. Noise Levels: Keep volume reasonable (e.g., music, rehearsals). Respect noise ordinances for neighboring spaces. Capacity: Max occupancy is 50 people for safety. Larger events require written approval. 3. Safety & Liability Fire Regulations: No open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials. Use smoke machines/foggers only with prior approval. Insurance: Clients must provide proof of liability insurance (£2M minimum) for commercial shoots/events. Damages: Report any accidents or damages immediately.
