The Village House

Please treat the house, furnishings and garden with care and leave the property as found. Crew size, shoot requirements, intended use, equipment and deliveries must be agreed in advance. Furniture and décor may be moved with care, but any significant changes, fixings, props or set dressing must be approved beforehand and everything returned afterwards. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Food and drink are welcome, but please take care around the interiors. Catering requirements should be agreed in advance. Street parking is available; large vehicles, equipment vans or multiple vehicles should be agreed in advance. There is a car park at the end of the road which can be used too. The property must be left clean and tidy. Additional cleaning or damage costs may apply where necessary. A pre-shoot recce can be arranged. Minimum booking: 4 hours. All bookings are subject to Scouty’s insurance requirements and any additional documentation required for the shoot.
