Top Floor Patio Balcony

Groups of up to maximum 5 people for any shoots, both cast and crew. This is a top floor flat with no lift unfortunately, please take this into consideration for personnel mobility and access requirements and the weight of any equipment brought. The staircase is not particularly narrow but any shoot with very big and/or heavy gear would not be suitable here, leaving marks on the walls by big item bumping and scratching them is also wholly to be avoided. That being said, any big heavy equipment is not advisable only lightweight easy to carry light weight items are advisable. There is a strict no smoking policy on the premise and throughout the day on location, both inside and outside once at the location, there's no smoking. There are parking restrictions in and around the area with mostly permit holder parking allowed, however there is paid parking at the top of the road just 2 minutes away from the location.
