NO EXCEPTIONS. * Smoking WILL result in a $250 cleaning fee and may also include a $250 building fine. If an incoming guest must be compensated or relocated if the smoke is able to be cleared, you will be responsible for those fees as well. * NO PETS * Any pets in our unit will result in a $100 fee (plus the cost of any damage) and a $200 building fine.
