Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($150) * Do Not Move Furniture. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($100) * No Eating/Drinking. Purchase add-on to waive this rule ($150). Water and coffee allowed. Bookings with 16+ Guests may eat/drink without purchasing add-on. * No amplified music outside. * Guests must completely reset the property before leaving. * Nudity is not allowed anywhere outdoors or on the balconies. * Shoe covers must be worn (Provided by 503DTLA). Purchase add-on to waive this rule ($100) Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended. Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
