Warlingham, Surrey CR6. Within the M25, 10 minutes from Junction 6. 30 minutes from central London by train (TfL Zone 6). 8-minute walk to Upper Warlingham station.

Design:

Contemporary design, clad in timber and slate. Pitch roof to the front, flat roof (with solar panels) to the rear. Red feature windows at the back of the house. Cork floor throughout the ground and lower ground floor.

The rooms:

Internally, the three floors are connected by a double-height atrium with strong lines and natural overhead light.  The living room and kitchen-diner are connected outside via a paved courtyard.

There’s a master bedroom with an ensuite, two children's rooms, a spare room and a study-come-family room. Plus a family bathroom and an additional bathroom.

Garden:
South-facing, split-level garden, with tall pine trees as a backdrop. Artificial grass. Plus an elevated seating area at the back.

Driveway:

The house sits on a quiet residential road with a driveway that can accommodate 5+ cars. The garage is home to a woodworking workshop
