The bungalow is semi-detached, so noise must be kept to reasonable levels and any particularly noisy filming, music, generators or evening shoots must be agreed in advance. Furniture and props may be moved but must be returned to their original position unless otherwise agreed. Set dressing is welcome, and limited alterations such as fixing items to walls or temporary decoration may be considered only with prior written approval. No changes are to be made to the kitchen unless specifically agreed beforehand. Fixtures, fittings, doors and built-in units must not be removed without permission. Any damage caused during the booking must be reported immediately and made good at the hirer’s cost. Production equipment must be used safely and must not block exits or access routes. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property. No open flames, smoke effects, hazardous materials or pyrotechnics without prior approval. Crew size, parking requirements, animals, children, catering, large equipment and use of the garden/garage should be confirmed before booking. The property is awaiting renovation and may change in appearance over time. Current condition will be confirmed before each booking.
