Please treat the property with care and respect at all times. No smoking or vaping inside the property. No parties or events unless agreed in advance. Furniture may be moved with prior permission but must be returned to its original position before departure. Any decorations, props or equipment attached to walls or surfaces must be approved beforehand and removed without causing damage. Production teams are responsible for repairing or covering the cost of any damage caused during the booking. Please keep noise to a reasonable level and respect our neighbours. Access to certain private areas may be restricted unless agreed in advance. Children and animals are welcome as part of productions with prior approval. Catering is permitted, but all rubbish must be removed and the property left clean and tidy. Parking arrangements should be discussed before the booking, as street parking may be limited. The booking must include adequate public liability insurance, and risk assessments may be requested for larger productions.
