PYRÁ HOUSE RULES To ensure every event runs smoothly and all guests have the best possible experience, we kindly ask all clients, collaborators, and attendees to respect the following house guidelines. GENERAL VENUE CONDUCT • PYRÁ is a hospitality-led venue — we ask all guests and teams to treat the space, staff, and equipment with care and respect at all times • Any excessive damage to furniture, décor, equipment, or the venue itself may result in additional charges • Anti-social, aggressive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated EVENT TIMINGS • All setup, event, and breakdown timings must be agreed in advance • Events must finish within the agreed hire hours unless otherwise approved by management • Vendors and suppliers must adhere to agreed access times MUSIC & SOUND • All DJs, performers, and external production teams must be approved by the venue in advance • Sound levels must remain within venue and licensing regulations • PYRÁ reserves the right to adjust volume levels where necessary • External sound or DJ equipment must be approved prior to the event date CONTENT CREATION & FILMING • Podcast recordings, filming, photography, livestreams, and DJ mix recordings must be booked and approved in advance • Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for commercial filming or brand use • Content shoots must not disrupt restaurant operations, staff, or neighbouring businesses FOOD & DRINK • No external food or beverages may be brought into the venue unless agreed in writing beforehand • We kindly ask guests to drink responsibly throughout events • PYRÁ reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with licensing laws DECORATIONS & STYLING • All styling, installations, florals, candles, and decorations must be approved by the venue team prior to setup • No nails, screws, confetti, open flames, smoke machines, or wall adhesives without prior permission • Candles must comply with venue safety regulations HEALTH & SAFETY • Fire exits and walkways must remain clear at all times • Guests and suppliers must comply with all venue health and safety procedures • PYRÁ reserves the right to stop any activity deemed unsafe LIABILITY • Personal belongings and external equipment are brought into the venue at the owner’s risk • PYRÁ cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items FINAL NOTE Our goal is to create exceptional experiences in a beautiful, welcoming environment. These guidelines are in place to protect the atmosphere, safety, and quality of every event held at PYRÁ.
