Large buildouts welcomed! Any modification must be discussed and agreed upon with the site owner prior to being implemented. The space must be returned in the same condition as it was on arrival. Pricing is for the Gallery alone, upstairs Lounge available for an additional $2500 / 8 hours. A $450 cleaning fee will apply to all space rentals.
