Brief conversation
We start with a call or message to understand your production, timeline, creative direction, and any non-negotiables. The brief isn't a form, it's a conversation.
Active search & sourcing
Your assigned scout begins searching, across our platform, our exclusive portfolio, and their wider network. They approach owners directly, access unlisted properties, and follow every lead.
In-person recce
Shortlisted locations are visited in person. The scout assesses each one with a production eye, power supply, crew access, light quality, noise, neighbouring risks, and produces a detailed report.
Shortlist delivered to your project
Your curated shortlist, with full recce reports, photography, and technical notes, is delivered into a Scouty project. Share with your team, discuss, and confirm in one place.
Location management (optional)
For larger productions, our scouts can remain on the project as location managers, handling owner liaison, permits, access logistics, and on-shoot support through to wrap.
