1. Access & Areas Only agreed rooms/areas may be used (confirm in advance). No access to loft or locked storage areas. Garden, pool, pool house and greenhouse available on request. 2. Furniture & Dressing Furniture may be moved with prior approval, but must be lifted (not dragged) and returned to its original place. Wall fixings, nails, tape, or painting/redecoration only with explicit permission. Protective covers must be used under heavy equipment. 3. Floors, Walls & Surfaces Floor protection required for heavy kit in lounge and hallway. No food or drink on beds or sofas unless part of the shoot. 4. Pool & Exteriors Pool use by cast/crew must be agreed in writing. No glass around the pool area. Drone use requires permission and insurance. 5. Noise & Neighbours Keep noise to a respectful level, especially outdoors. Crew cars/vans to park in driveway only unless otherwise agreed. 6. General Conduct Max crew size to be agreed in advance. No overnight stays unless separately arranged. Rubbish/recycling must be removed after shoot. The property must be returned in the same condition it was found. 7. Insurance & Liability Productions must provide proof of public liability insurance. Any damage to be reported immediately and covered by production.
