Additional terms
All trash and recycling must be hauled out by the renters. There is no curbside trash pick up in our area. Please let me know if you want instructions to the nearest trash processing center. No smoking, no animals, please discuss with us before any major redecorating efforts. We are flexible but communicating openly with us first is appreciated. Respectfully leave the house as you found it.
