1. Booking & Crew Size All productions must confirm the number of cast and crew attending before the shoot. The booking must reflect the expected crew size and the total duration of the production, including setup and pack down time. 2. Production Insurance All productions must hold appropriate liability insurance covering crew members, equipment, and potential property damage. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the booking. 3. Setup & Wrap Time Setup, filming, and pack down must take place within the booked time. If additional time is required, it must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges. 4. Respect for the Property The property must be treated with care at all times. Furniture and décor may be moved for filming, but everything must be returned to its original position before leaving. 5. Damage & Liability The production team is responsible for any damage caused during the booking. Any damages must be reported immediately and repair or replacement costs may be charged to the booking party. 6. Equipment & Floor Protection Heavy equipment, lighting rigs, or camera gear must be handled carefully. Protective coverings must be used where necessary to prevent damage to floors, walls, or furniture. 7. Set Dressing & Alterations Temporary set dressing is permitted. However, nothing may be permanently fixed to walls, floors, or ceilings without prior approval. No drilling, painting, or structural changes are allowed. 8. Noise Consideration The property is located in a residential area. Please keep noise levels reasonable, particularly when arriving, leaving, or filming outside the property. 9. Parking & Access Street parking is available nearby. Crews must ensure that vehicles do not block driveways, neighbouring access points, or pedestrian pathways. 10. Food & Catering Food and drinks are allowed, but all catering areas must be kept tidy. Any spills must be cleaned immediately to avoid damage to furniture or flooring. 11. Clean Up The property must be left in the same condition it was found. All equipment, props, rubbish, and production materials must be removed before departure. 12. Smoking & Prohibited Activities No smoking is permitted inside the property. Illegal activities or activities that could damage the property or disturb neighbours are strictly prohibited. 13. Neighbour Respect Policy The production team must respect neighbours at all times. Large outdoor gatherings, excessive noise, or blocking neighbouring access is not permitted.
