House Rules & Additional Terms We are happy to welcome professional film and photography productions and will always aim to be flexible and cooperative to ensure a smooth shoot. We ask that all productions respect the property and treat it with care. Any equipment or furniture moves must be agreed in advance and returned to their original position at the end of the shoot. Protective coverings must be used where appropriate to prevent damage to floors, walls or surfaces. No smoking is permitted inside the property. Crew numbers, vehicles and access times should be agreed in advance. Parking arrangements can be discussed depending on production size. Use of kitchen, bathrooms and garden areas can be accommodated but must be agreed prior to the shoot. We request that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the booking. Any special effects, loud noise, pets or large equipment setups must be discussed and approved in advance. We are open to both small and larger productions and are happy to discuss specific requirements to ensure a positive experience for all.
